I'll be posting this weekend with instructions on how to get the entries submitted -- DO NOT POST TO YOUTUBE!! I will be posting them as a group in my name, with credits and entry categories, etc, all legal and tidy. I will also post about how the judging will play out.
EDIT: and when I say upload the vids to youtube in my name, I mean I will be the user who uploaded the vids. Each vid author will have their name prominently displayed with their entries.

The animated Firefly logo appears onscreen in each episode. It plays at the beginning of the theme song ("take my love, take my land etc), the section that introduces each character and the actor that plays them.
This segment always appears a short bit into the episode, after the intro teaser footage.

Well, here's my first of many. This was quite possibly the most fun I've had with video editing.

Please don't post them to youtube yet, as I need to collect the entries and post them with specific headers so that the judges can find them. I also don't want the vids that have been around longer to have less of a chance than later entries. Think "Academy Awards", and you'll know what I'm talking about.
The info about NOT putting the vids up on youtube was added to this thread after the fact, so you may have missed it. My apologies for that.
I'm posting specific submission instructions this weekend, so please check back Monday!
