There is a sign on I-40, 'bout 1-2 miles from my house, that says 2315 miles to Barstow, Calif. Long Long Long trip....

Then of course you got to get to FLAN II.

...and then you remember Terry Fox and cross-country trips in Canada and everything is put into perspective.

I love my giant province.

Ookami waves as FMF flys by nakkid, well he is enjoying some sushi err I mean some "special sushi" err you did not see anything. I disavow all knowledge of the previous statement......

*pops head 'round corner* Someone say sushi? Maki? Inari? Edo? Chirashi? *drool* *attempts to steal some from Ookamiwahara* (I'll settle for some sashimi -- just not fugu.)

As for the rum....Well, I have some lychee (or litchi for those who like it spelled the other way) soaking in a bottle's worth...You can have some after I've soaked it for a day or two (and thrown it in the freezer to chill it).

The country too big? Of course not...it only takes most of a day to travel across it from where I am. ('Course for me to get to practially anywhere from where I am, it takes an airplane flight. )

Edit: Oh yeah, before I forget...*pricks finger -- donates blood to pyre*

No prob, have some sushi, just don't steal the platter. Unagi + the "special sushi" otherwise you just might have to battle me for it
Sure pass it on by when its ready. lets not forget shochu, sake, Rum, Bacardi and Coke, Maitai etc etc. oh and heres some marshe mellows to roast on the fire.

Oooh...Unagi *drools*...and don't worry, I'll leave the platter. "Special sushi?" The human-platter sushi type? Never had it. (next question of course: is it done with a geisha or maiko? 'Cause that usually means guys-only sushi dinner.)

*pulls out a container of poke (bite-sized chunks of sushi/sashimi-grade fish usually mixed with thinly sliced onions, shoyu/soy sauce, sesame oil, limu kohu, roasted kukui nut meat, and a bit of chilli pepper)* *offers some to Ookamikawahara* Poke (po-keh)?
