Fundraiser July 16-22, 2006
EDIT: EXTENDED UNTIL JULY 30TH !!

I'm offering up a challenge to users of this site to take a moment in the next few days to donate some money to Haken, he being the fellow who created this board and has maintained it for 4+ years and counting.

FollowMal brought up some good points recently about everyone's anxiety for the future of FFF.net when she was down for several days earlier in June. Many (myself included) could not imagine trucking on without this place to hang out and scheme and dream and dissect our most beloved FF/S Jossiness.

So, please click on either the Amazon or PayPal links on the left hand sidebar on the homepage any time during this week, July 16-22. The donations go to Haken, to use on any website improvements he sees fit to throw money at. No amount too small! Except for maybe, uhm, zero (nothin', inta nothin', carry the...).

Let's help support this site that we beat up on a regular basis! And for Haken, who in true Kaylee fashion keeps her flying.

This kicks off our official week for doing this folks. We all know the site has been in jeopardy lately... I myownself would be lost without my "home"!

I'm going to donate this week. Haken has mentioned a move for the site in the next 6 months, perhaps we can help lessen down time by helping out ahead of time.

I've been holding off ordering The Existential Joss Whedon waiting for a link so that I too can help Haken with my purchase.

After our June scare...I would urge my fellow browncoats to use their paypal accounts and support Haken. It's worthy, it's easy, and hell, it's just the right thing to do.
