Roosters prefer bigger prey than mice, however. Saw one spear a gopher once.

I live across the street from fields and such. And have a problem with mice, rats and gophers. I was thinking of getting some chickens for their eggs (except I'm allergic to feathers, but presuming that the allergy shots work), would a couple of chickens help with the rodents?
