Dobson was the prom photographer in the movie She's All That...that was just on over the weekend and I yelled at my husband.
"Look!! It's Dobson!!"
He just smiled like I was nut :)

I was wondering when someone would mention that. When I first started watching Firefly, my mother pointed that out to me.

"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you."

The actor who played Atherton was Dunacn Idaho in Children of Dune on Sci-Fi.
EDIT: Watching Stargate SG-1 right now and the episode "Beasts of Burden" has Mal's contact and second from "Shindig" in it. I forget his name, but the SG-1 episode takes place in a western type town, go figure.

I was rewatching "Grosse Point Blank" the other day (one of my favorite movies of all time) and Carlos Jacott, aka Dobson, played the fellow who gave John Cusack the pen that he took the assasin out with (he stabbed the guy in the neck with it).
I too yelled out "Hey! It's Dobson!", but alas there were no FFFans on site, so it was politely ignored.

Adam Baldwin did a TV movie version of the Poseidon Adventure a while ago.
I was a bit surprised to see Ron Glass when I watched Houseguest. Ron Glass played the Dentist that Sinbad was trying to impersonate.
The one that I had to think about though was on Lois and Clark (my wife is obsessed with that show). In the episode with the VR stuff, the programmer had an alter-ego named X. The actor was the same one who played Niska's henchman (I think his name was Crawl) that got kicked into the engine.

I pretty sure that I saw Jubal Early in a Vietnam series from the late 80's called Tour of Duty. It was the 2nd season so I don't know if he was a regular or just a guest star. I kept sayin' "I know that voice", then it hit me. He was just a young 'un.
