Tristan- I think my husband would flip a gasket the tat will be a mere 3 inches above "ahem" but I could probably get an up close pic and post that:)

Exercise sucks. And I was a physical therapy major in college. I should like it.
I did just run for this weekend for the first time since the injury. My arse hurts. But I wasn't as tired as I thought I would be. Guess all those days in the gym have paid off somewhat.

LOL rugbug... I have a friend with a bumper sticker that says " I run if chased" I used to laugh...then I ran a marathon and OW!! I mostly do a fast walk 3.5-4 mph at a 12 incline on the treadmill and it works well when combined with strength training/weight lifting:)

MSG - I tried to join the Firefly fit club to guilt trip myself into running a few times a week. Even ran a few times and enjoyed it. It's just hard to maintain - there's always something I'd rather be doing.
Edit: makes me think of a new imponderable - juggly butts anyone? I'm getting jiggly-er by the day. I prefer a trim man, and I'd prefer a trim me, but some guys like it if the Baby's Got Back. Or so I hear.
That what I tell myself, rather than going running.

Careful with your heart there CP - I've been there many a times and have ended up quite hurt. Get to know him for a while and control this feeling. It's easy to fall quickly, but as they say, moderation in all things.

My advice is to NEVER tattoo the name or likeness of another human being on your body unless it is your child - and even then I don't think I would.

Taebo - lifts that jiggly bit right up! And I prefer toned. Anyone. Toned.

See now, that frustrates me. I was in the gym, six days a week, riding recumbent bike for 45 minutes, on treadmill 25 minutes at 3.5 with a 13 incline and legs weights 4 times a week (no arms at this point) and still wasn't losing weight. Diet was good and in appropriate ranges as well. I decided I was working too damn hard for little to no results and backed off to gym three days a week, riding 3-4 and just started the twice a week run. I'm getting ornery, I tell you.

I agree with never tattooing someone's name/likeness. That's part of what keeps me from getting a Serenity tat. What happens if in 15 years I'm like "Firefly? Phffft." (doubt that will happen, but....
I'm fiddling with my "horseman" idea. I think I might have an silhouette of a horse jumping over it. (Sidenote: I do know of a woman who has a horse jumping over a "brush" jump...if you know what I mean.
