Wiping cake and silly string from his eyes, 13 is shocked to see a grinning Pain gripping a fire hose. Looking at 13 ferociously, the good doctor nods slowly, teeth bared.
Letting loose, the pressurized hose spurts a Niagara-like cascade on 13, propelling him into the wall. Pain continues to spray him, ignoring the sprayee's pleas.
"Why?" he manages, before collapsing in a watery heap.
