A major attack is when peeps get hurt, or physical damage is done, so yeah, the '93 thing was major IMO.
And mythology is stuff that ain't real (like Robocop

Some really poor dudes get arrested in Florida for trying to get a Florida cop to buy them boots. And despite all the fanfare, the PATH plot was summarized like this:
