Ok Penguin, question time. If I have a picture that I got off of photobucket, and I want to load it to my computer so that I can change it from a png, or use it as a screensaver, how do I do that?

What I would do is copy the URL (the top line in photobucket) and then paste it into the address bar. This will open the picture to it's full size. Then you can right-click the image and "Same Image As..." to your desktop or wherever you save things.
