Wondering, but has anyone seen Kaylee's bear patch? I've seen the past link on it, but the person on eBay no longer sells it. Looking at fabric stores in my area hasn't gotten me anywhere either. Anyone know where to look?

I've been asking myself the same question!

Finally, after looking carefully at the screen-caps, I'm thinking it might not be too hard to make one myself.

I used the screencaps to figure out what it looked like, and just made one myself...it's not all that hard, and while it doesn't look exactly like Kaylee's, it's close enough to pass muster. I don't have any pictures of it yet, but PM me and remind me, and I'll try to upload some in the next few days.
