Penguin dear...wha??? OK I took a pick my husband took on the digital camera, put it in photo shop, turned it to a gif, then went to the image thingy on the main board and clicked post image( keep in mind this process took almost 2 hours of trial and error)... I have no idea what you just told me to do...but thanks

I'm quickly dashing by this thread to toss out a quick "hello!" to my Forsaken brethren. I've been terribly absent for the past couple of weeks and I'll continue to be terribly absent for the rest of summer. I kind of miss my instant computer access, but not enough to give up my summer of awesomeness!

Yay! You did it! I was just wondering if it was possible to link back to the older threads in case some one wanted to read them, since every time I go to my profile, it only shows the last few entries I have made to threads on the site. I got the idea from looking over the imponderables threads, since Tristan links to the previous thread at the beginning of each new one.

Yeah, I think the Loafer's Nook does that too, I just didn't think about it. I mean, these are some looooong threads and I don't know who would want to go read them all.
But hey, if they do then there they are! At least there's the explination of out formation liberally scattered through them.
I went back to number three, which was the first one I started, and put in the links. Should be easy to follow if so desired.

Shiny!

I read through about three of the Imponderables threads because I wanted to get an idea of where everone was coming from before I tried to post anything there. I am still about 1 1/2 threads away from the current end, so hopefully I will catch up to it tomorrow. Lots of info, but I'll just say it this way: Y'all are all some of the shiniest people I have ever "met", and if there was a way to clone you all, the world would be a better place.

And much nicer to look at, too! (did I write that out loud?)

By the way, Tristan, we had talked about getting together in August. I am going to be off for vacation the 7th-11th, and am using it to work around the house some(after all, since I have officially moved, it might be nice to unpack some of the boxes). Do we want to try for sometime that week, or do you think we need more time to plan? Just wondering.

OOoo, it's 3:30 in the morning and 84 degrees in my house. Only 5 more hours till my AC guy shows up to fix it! I probably should go to bed sometime tonight, if only I didn't feel like one of those hamburgers under the lights with all this heat.
