Had a thought recently about Joss being the Script Doctor on Toy Story. Toy Story being about a Toy Cowboy and a Toy Space Man hence a Western and Space theme. Is that where the embryonic Firefly really started?? Just a thought, certainly not to be taken seriously.

Your thoughts please....or not as the case may be.

To Serenity and Beyond...

I always thought Kaylee's dress in Shindig looked like the shepherdess' dress.

He also wrote a big chunk of Alien 4. Check out Ron Perlman as a proto-Jayne. (The Weyland Yutani corporate logo lurks in the background of some episodes of FF.)

I love this sort of observation. Ya just gotta think that the cowboy + spaceman theme got its formation here, or before.

To Serenity and beyond! - Hee hee! I can just hear Tim Allen saying that! And I also love the dress comparison! Except for the poka dots on Bo Peep's, they're darn close. Note the sleeves and the color of the dresses!

So...Mal is Woody, right? Does that make Jayne Buzz or Mr Potato-head? River is definitely one of Sid's toys...

I don't even have kids. There is no excuse for watching this kind of thing...but those little green dudes were so gorram cute!
