I heard a similar argument this weekend defending the NY Times for publishing detailed information regarding anti-terror programs.
There is a difference between information being out there for all to see if they look and drawing unwanted and unneccesary scutiny in such a fashion that could directly or indirectly endanger a person or persons.
I note for the record that the information may not even be accurate. I just prosecuted someone for creating a website under another person's name as part of an ongoing effort to embarrass and discredit that person.

I thought that too...I was trying to figure out how I kept getting from Ohio to Tennessee and back without putting miles on my car. My only conclusion is I must have been using PN's car. Now I find out PN is this whole other person. That makes four of us: PN, PN's real name, Hero, and the person typing this message. Either you were wrong or we're all in a lot more trouble then we thought.

But at some point in our lives we must put energy into analyizing ourselves, and re-inventing ourselves, if need be. PN needs to learn this, and until he does, I would treat him as I, myself, would be treated: as a troll on this site. His latest thread made light of dying astronauts, a very mean thing IMHO.
