No flying sub, but a pretty cool show (1st season anyway, 2nd got all with the aliens and monsters and such).
I got it on DVD, and it thrills the seven year old in me!

When I was young I had such a crush on Roy Scheider. I loved him in JAWS and BlueThunder.

Logan's Run could be cool. Maybe even as a series. Tho I'd rather they used the Serenityverse

As fer the "when did all this remake stuff start...." I would have'ta guess the 90's, with the Addams Family, Brady Bunch and Beverly Hillbillys movies.
How long do we have'ta wait for a Mork and Mindy
or Man From Atlantis? How about Sat morning shows like Jason of Star Command, Ark 2 and Space Academy?
