I finally decided to sign up. I have checked this board from time to time from just before the movie Serenity came out. My husband was working with a bunch of Browncoats. We watched Firefly and loved it.

About Christmas time, I realized I must be a Browncoat. My first clue is that I gave copies of Firefly or Serenity as presents to my brother, brother-in-law, best girlfriend from high school, best girlfriend at work, etc.

Hmmm...

Anyway, love the board and thought I was overdue to post now and then.

Welcome! I actually live in the Bartow County area of Georgia. Yep...If it wasn't for that SEBC meeting a few months back, I would have sworn I was the only one up here...XD

You got here just in time to take part in our Serenity Summer Campaign where we're going to be doing lots of fun things to promote Firefly/Serenity until the fall when we celebrate the anniversary of the BDM's first screening. I hope you'll join us.
