Forgot to say, when I was in the UK, I found that their celebrities are much more approachable than ours. Well, maybe not Elton John. But certainly the actors seem so. They also don't seem to have the stigma attached to crossing into different segments of show biz as over here. Although, that is waning a bit.

Also, spend a few hours in London and it is amazin how many famous people you will see!

Yes FMF Sean is single and he's getting over a singularly nasty ex so you could bond!! Plus he's big into the caregiver role as well and as he has 3 yes 3 daughters he's great at that dad stuff too!!

People who know about Sharpe! Oh bliss ...

I don't know if Sharpe would agree with Mal or try to kill him. Sharpe doesn't like the chain of command, but he does respect at least certain parts of it. I think Mal is closer to Jayne's idea of a chain of command.

We're actually having a very similar discussion on another list except instead of Sharpe, it's Jack Aubrey: how would those two get along. (going theory is they would be great friends, but neither could really command the other in any circumstance).

I see Harper and Mal getting along much better than Mal and Sharpe.

Lady - I loves me some Sharpe. But I disagree, I think Sharpe and Mal would get along fine. Although I doubt one would take orders from the other! Plus, I want to here the guy that sings the Sharpe song sing the Firefly Theme.

Interesting point about whether they'd work together or not. Which would work better Sharpe under Mal's command or vice versa?

I'm going with Sharpe under Mal because of the afore mentioned vague respect for authority. Gorramit, wouldn't that be a fine story though!

Can't any of you fanfic guys do me a crossover? please! Think of the hilarity! (and sheer male attractiveness)
