well, i decided today that I was in the mood for fresh air and exercise (shocking random happening)so i'd walk up to the woods, take my mums dog and do a few circuits.

The weather was frickin miserable and I had to stay in all day and wait for the plumber.

so I had an Austen marathon and a snoring competition with my cat. (she won)

I've lost the point of this thread, I think it was something about too much sleep not being good either.

that was it, don't oversleep, 'cause that can make you feel tired and tetchy too.

I hope you feel better soon, and to assist with that, it regularly takes me upward of a week to unpack bags properly!
