Savior with Dennis Quaid. Movie about the war in the Balkans. Lots of redeeming qualities to this movie. Highly recommended. The last hour of Return of the King really had my nerves shot for about two days. And of course, the end of Serenity.

Where the Red Fern Grows made me cry when I was2 ( first movie I ever saw and yes my parents are sadists) I cried for days and built a grave for the puppies...
Milo and Otis because the cat and dog are lost and scared and cold and hungry.
At this point I have what my husband terms my " sad animal rule" If in the movie an animal is hurt, or treated badly, or emotionally hurt, I will not watch that movie. I have missed quite a few movies, but I know my limits and it'll upset me for days...same goes if it's a kid that's hurt.
Oddly, I am fine with extreme violence involving adults...just get upset when it's an animal or child

Of course the BDM made me cry. In the theater when Wash is killed you could hear a collective gasp and then a profound silence. Then the sound of quiet weeping.

Serenity, Kong, Hidalgo, Man on Fire, Million Dollar Baby.
Older films: the beginning of The Lion King, Turner and Hooch, Beaches, Uncommon Valor, Always, and Sister Act.
Yes, I'm one of those that cries at everything, especially if an animal is involved.

Snoopy Come Home when Snoppy decides he has to go back to his original 'owner' (Yeah, I was seven, wadda want?)
Hidalgo two bits...the massacre at the begining and when it looked like the horse wasn't going to make it (ie: live) through the race.

Yep, another sucker for animals here. Wanna make something of it? You can make a butterfly, or a moose or a pterodactyl!!

I don't cry (I'm a rather extreme introvert), so I just want to cry. But I saw a few on the list that I agree with, such as Back to the Future Part II and Blade Runner. For me, there's:

1. Roman Holiday
2. Some eps of Futurama (I know it's a TV show, but it's great)
3. The Message from Firefly (I know, I know)
4. Edward Scissorhands
5. Bruce Almighty (I actually did cry for this one)
6. Big Fish (Again, actually cried, but still a great film)
7. Moulin Rogue (Fairly sad)

I can be a hopless romantic at times...
