It is, isn't it? I keep thinking "I can just pop in my DVDs and avoid the same ads over and over... and over."

I loaned out my personal vol 1&2 to my brother. The actual loaner set is languishing at the home of a newly converted recruit in Houston, Texas. Kind of limits what episodes I can see, y'see.

Thanks again to Sci-Fi, even if they do blur the Capn's backside in "Trash".

Sadly, yes. Or they did when Sci-Fi was running Firefly as part of "Sci-Fi" Friday. That would be at 6:00P CST - could be deemed a bit early to show off the Capn's pretty darn shiny features.

Even though its a little weird with commmercials I love watching it cause there's the intro by Mal and at the end of every episode theres the, i dont know what to call it, lighted picture of Serenity. It reminds me of the 80's. heheh...

im not sure if it was used when it originally aired but everytime its on the sc-fi channel there's the intro. it was a good reminder of what happened, I wish they were on the DVD's for my mom because shes forgetful.
