I've been tinkering with a One-Shot BSG/Firefly crossover. The premise; unimportant people. I don't use any big names from either show, because the Adamas and all the rest have their hands full on New Caprica, and Serenity's crew always seems to get all the fun. It'll be just like how Firefly was described. These people aren't heroes, they're just people trying to get along in a universe that they see differently than everybody else.

There is a Discworld/Firefly fic out there, which is very funny.

I've got a randomness under construction at present, but I'm not giving it away.

Distracted by the thought of Jack Sparrow, Dr Who (DT), Mal, House and Jayne in one headspace. (need spaced out drooling emote here)

Dr Who IS a browncoat...

Possible HP crossover - with Moorcock implications - final confrontation, our heroes go to summon the Ultimate Warrior to fight Voldemort. Only instead of Godric Gryffindor, they get a very confused and excessively tooled-up mercenary...

This is a great idea, I especially like the idea of making it a competition. That could get non browncoats to get into the show just so they could enter the contest. You should definitely run with this.

As for ideas, and anyone can use these since I may not, the FF/Stargate crossover seems simple by just having the SG1 team accidently travel forward in time while they gate to a planet the crew is on.

Here's an odd one, you could have a future crew from the Starjammers (that space group from X-men led by Cyclops' father) or with the Shi'ar from the X-men. Wolverine could even be in it considering how long he lives.

Just a few thoughts.

It was actually LucasHarper's Brady-Bunch story that made me see that even if it's illogical, silly and utterly painful, the crossing can be done!

I'm so happy to see so many people excited!
YAY!

Any suggestions that people might have for a contest system, please feed them to me. In fact, any ideas anyone at ALL has, please feed them to me. I'm idea starved.

Also, do we have anybody who's clever with flash presentations?

I started doing a little graphics thing last night, just a little banner to put up at JaynesBunk to help promote the plan... and it's turned into a slideshow/storyboard.
