Welcome, DaughterOfDreams! No, you're not silly, not at all. Please don't take it personally that you haven't received your brown coat yet. They are virtual but the welcome behind them is real! I'm sure FollowMal just hasn't been able to get to you yet; she's had a lot of new recruits in the past few months. I'll see if I can give her a shout.

You really don't have to introduce yourself anywhere in particular. You can either start your own thread identifying yourself as new, or do as you've done and just jump right in to someone else's thread (that's how I started). Either way, you're welcome here.

Be sure to ask any questions you might have and remember: they're not silly and neither are you.

Help yourself to the strawberries and Mudder's Milk that I just put on the sideboard. Lot's of folks will be showing up shortly with more provisions for you.

Make yourself to home. Talk lots, post often, and please, stay away from Troll (Reaver) Country. Them's is what started the problems that Haken's been having with the site. At least, it's just as easy to blame them as not.

I been workin' on some important matters that the Cap'n has me doin'... can't tell you 'bout 'em, permaybehaps some day. I did stop by Eavesdown Docks and get some more browncoats and I see from this thread that it's a good thing that I did!
