He sounds like a lot of guys I know, and it is a problem with most of us guys: we don't get hints. Sometimes you just have to be blunt, even if it hurts feelings at the time. Otherwise, the message never quite penetrates the testosterone fog around our brains and we still behave like the mostly clueless boobs that we are. I'm not trying to suggest that we are stupid, but that communication is best done very directly with a man, especially when relationships are involved. After all, we have two heads and only enough blood for one of them to work properly at a time.
On another topic, who set up that drink luge on a higher level? We have plenty of ice here, so let's do some partying!

Whenever I use Mozilla Firefox as a web browser, I keep getting a message that the site is under construction. I just switched to using Internet Explorer for when I go on this site and now, no problems.

You might need to clear your cache. Go to Tools/Options/Privacy/Cache, then click clear cache.
I'm using Firefox and have no problem getting here.
