The "it's enough" line is another one

Kaylee after she gets shot "Everybody's so mad"

Another is the grunt from mal when he first sees river

I can't believe no one mentioned this one:

And I can't help but laugh at Kaylee's indignance:

"Not so much." This is classic Firefly understatment and gets tossed around by lots of people in different episodes.

Mal in Out of Gas: "Everyone dies alone." I just love this line in context!
