This is the second annual Lonestar Shindig statewide meetup (and beyond), this is our first year teaming up with Apollocon.

Other points of interest include A Serenity table top roleplaying game, a Serenity inspired Live Action Roleplaying game, a masquearade ball, an authentic screenworn reaver costume, BWAH! Keep Flying, and other games will be available in the Shindig Room suite :)

Scott Boswell will also be attending with the Bedlam Bard Cedric, Scott plays the guitar and does vocals, he was part of the making of "On the Drift"

We have discovered how to make Shimmer wine, there will be looks like several varieties available for consumption, along with full burns in atmo,
and possibly radion core accelerators, and mudders milk...

and of course sodas and protein in all the colors of the rainbow

4:30 - Tea Party/Reception starts
8(ish) - Concert (including Cedric from Bedlam Bards)
10:00 - Party room open
11:00 - Firefly movies start in Video room

-Serenity
-Done the Impossible

SATURDAY:
8:00-9:30 - Breakfast in Browncoat party room
Panels throughout the day
Noonish- Bedlam Bard Cedric Solo concert & Autograph Session
2pm Saturday - Firefly: Still Flying ( Panel )
2:45 movies start in video room
-Operation Bloody station
-Serenity
-Done the Impossible

3:30 - Serenity RPG
4pm Saturday - Fan-made merchandise panel
6:30/7:00 - Masquerade
10:00 - Browncoat Ball, LARP, and showing of "Serenity"
*Greg Edmonson's Panel time has yet to be nailed down it will also be followed with an Autograph Session, though he insists on getting our autographs as well!)

Pitching in on the promo bandwagon...

ApolloCon also features a shiny art show with quite a few excellent artists (yes, I know most of 'em personally or internetly and one of 'em is me ) and there will be Firefly fan art there, at least one item of every BDH plus some other goodies that'll look just fine in your bunk. So stop by!
