]Not really. I am an EMT and all the gloves I use are yellow. Blue means they are made of rubber.

Huh, the gloves I see at the VA hospital are green ...

Lets see - there are several types of rubber gloves. Latex, poly-something-or-other, powdered, non powdered ...

I bet the color denotes what type they are.

I have condoms that are blue. :)

Also I have a Blue Sun shirt exactly like Jaynes. I am the coolest kid(old man) on the block.

The gloves I used in my Spring'03 semester Chem1 lab were white, then in my Fall'03 semester Chem2 lab we had blue gloves.

I only have lab on Friday morning, and I have the Earth Club meetings on Friday afternoons when we empty the recycling cans, so I'd always take an extra pair of gloves from lab to use later in the day....
