Not much exercise from my neck of the 'verse. However I have started sleeping a lot more drinking plenty of water and I pretty much quit drinking alcohol. Aparently I'm starting to look thiner but I don't feel like hopping on the scale yet.
Also I'm starting to feel somthing close to almost healthy.

Hi all!

So instead of just doing a mile, I did FOUR miles! Go me!

And congrats to everyone who has lost inches and sizes! I've gone down an inch on both my waist and hips, and at least one belt notch! Makes me feel happy.

So I didn't get in any exercise at all today- had a Firefly marathon with a friend:) but I'm still watching my diet so all is well. I'll try to go tomorrow but most likely won't have time. I'll shoot instead for Tuesday.

Well, I have it on good authority that watching Firefly burns calories due to all the emotion involved, so don't worry about it
