Firefly Drinking Game

A buddy suggested a drinking game for watching "Firefly" ... any additions would be appreciated. The idea is that you drink a shot everytime one of these things happpens:
* Zoe says, "Sir" to Mal.
* Mal says "whore".
* Anyone says, "Dong ma?"
* Wash hits the three switches over his head.
* Inara says something in Chinese.
* River throws something.
* Jayne gets dissed.
* Mal draws his gun.
* Zoe shoots somebody.
* You see the teddy bear on Kaylee's jumpsuit.
* Simon hugs River.
We seem to be a little light on things relating to Book and Kaylee ... rules from anyone else's games would be appreciated.
