thanks guys for the nice words.. im just glad you all acknowledge these things with me... every once in awhile, its great not to be argued with!..although im sure im speaking pre-maturely

either way we all refuse to let America come under the control of a global UN type authority. its not hard to imagine the reigns of such an oppressive mechanism being handed over to elements with a conflict of interests, which are opposed to the rights of the individual. to christians, this system is the beast, and to suffer the same fate that the EU most definately has, and will..would be a travesty. if any country in history has the ability to opt out, and take opposition against the tyranical nature of this techno-serfdom police state, its the US; and since Americans have prevented this global government agenda up to this point, maybe Biblical prophecy isnt clear about our role in the tribulation(apparently 10 nations make up the Antichrists reign)because we, the beacon of freedom and liberty in the world, have as good a chance as any to expose whats happening, and prevent our role it!

but like others have said, we must snap out of this apathy and indifference, and this mind lock that the establishment has on us, so that we may recognize the molevolence of this plot. it seems because of our prominance, the goal has been to subvert and undermine Americas ideals, and our sovereignty, in order that the agenda may commence full swing, indefinately. we are well along this road already, only its not too late to take a rough cut off-road to avoid this final destination. obviously, since the clock is ticking, this time period is pivotal, and our objective vigilance is vital

SonofMan, you understand much, and post better. Thank you.

I missed that quote. As to the question, of course they can't.

1 person can keep a secret, 2 people will find it a little more difficult, 20 even harder, 200 near impossible, 2000, 20,000...

This is something we see through out life. Very emotive saying 19 hijackers can change the direction of history with their conspiracy, but of course they didn't, did they.

The hijackers killed 6000 people, which is pretty much the limit to what such a small group can do and pays testament to how simple, vicious, audacious and for want of a better term brilliant their plan was, and indeed how badly the authorities fucked up.

What they did not do is change American foreign policy (from funding to killing terrorists I might add). They did not go to war with Afghanistan nor Iraq. Bush did these things and however you view the moral implications of these actions or how they are being conducted the leader of arguably the most powerful nation on Earth changing the course of world history is hardly surprising.

But if you really want to hear about an evil corporate conspiracy here's one:

Microsoft wants to control the entire software market and they'll stoop to illegal and underhand business practices and probably even bribing of officials to do it.

Shocking I know.

Wow, even the pope doesn't speak for all Christians.

But anyway, what exactly, in your opinion, is actually happening in the EU?

They changed a lot. Families all over the world will be in pain for years. They gave Bush carte blanche to speed up his agenda. They increased hatred for Muslims as far as the fearful and small-minded go.
Maybe they didn't change the direction, but they increased the momentum.

Or, as Stalin put it, "Two can keep a secret, if one of them is dead." :)

As for 6/6/06, to me it ain't nuthin' but a number. Hell, 666 is just another number, too. Screw what "the bible says" - because unless you're reading the original stone tablets or papyrus scrolls in the original Arameic, you don't really have any idea what the bible says. You know what an interpretation of a translation of a translation of an interpretation says. (And it's still just a bunch of parables and simplistic moral codes. Might as well believe in and worship comic book characters). And even then, only if it was a gospel that was agreed upon by the early church. Entire books of scripture were edited, deleted, censored, and completely left out of the "accepted" teachings of early Christianity. Then in later ages, only nobility and clergy were allowed to learn to read and write, under penalty of death; no wonder kings were always chosen by "divine right"! "See? The Bible says it right here. I'm supposed to be King. Really. Trust me. That's what it says. Ask my bishop."

This is not a change in world history; this is what happens when a family member dies.

More people have died through terrorism in other countries and those countries haven't changed the course of world history.

Bush had the agenda, Bush speeded it up. The people who hate Muslims increased their own hatred, because it's easier to be blinded by hate than to actually LEARN something.

9/11 is the excuse for a great many things today, and the cause of very few. The above statement tries to push the logical fallacy that if a small poor group can do something so can a large monied group.

Big corporations are permanently in the public view, small groups of fanatics disappear, you can look straight at them and miss them completely.

For a cogent analogy, try to smuggle a Mouse out of a Zoo. Once you've done that, try an Elephant.

Citizen, you always pull that logic crap in discussions. So irritating....

Anyway, what I took from the above was: if a group with limited resources could effect a change, a group with near-unlimited resources could too.
Money can buy silence and make the holders of secrets disappear.

Yes a large rich corporation can affect change. They do it everyday when the 'influence' the court not to break them up for anti-trust laws, when the 'influence' a rival CEO's bank account...

A big corporation’s conspiracy can be read about in the papers.

Let's say Megacorp is part of a conspiracy to have Megacorp Mind Kontrol chips inserted in peoples brains. Bob, from accounting notices that a huge amount of capital is just disappearing. He delves a bit deeper and finds it's going to a non-existent department.

Soon he delivers his findings to his Boss; his Boss delivers his findings to his Boss, who is in on it. Now there are two people who know something they shouldn't. So either they kill them, or they pay them off.

If they pay them off people might start too ask why it is that Bob and his Boss both suddenly left and are living in the Bahamas, the secret spreads.

If they kill them then Bob and his bosses respective families will probably start to wonder what happened to them. So they kill their families and they're extended family starts to wonder why they don't receive Christmas cards anymore. The secret spreads.

The more people and resources that a conspiracy requires the easier and faster it will be discovered. If you've got one Rabbit turd in your garden it's going to be easier to cover up than what's left behind by a herd of diarehtic Elephants.

Sure there's corporate conspiracies, but you can read about them in the Financial Times, we don't need someone with some sort of divine knowledge to point them out .

A nation or a corporation can do everything that a terrorist group can do and more, but they CAN'T do it in secret.

I just worry about the clods that think they can keep s**t secret, and do lots of damage before being found out.

AND about spin doctors that can make the public not care or 'forget' about such discoveries.
