I actually just thought up a MST3K kind of comment for SERENITY. It's when Simon uses the safe word (sorry if I have this wrong)

That thing is LOL funny. The writer REALLY knows MST3K well. I'd prefer the use of Joel myself over Mike, but whatevs. :)

Whenever I see the flick, I can't help but feel sorry for the gal as she's watching her boss being killed by some guy with a sword with no name or rank. Even though she works for the Alliance, she doesn't seem like an evil woman. She's just a gal doing boring office work and probably earning a measly paycheck. The last thing she needs to deal with is this shit.
