Ah, yes. I spent a highly productive night digging through photobucket and the like for emoticons. I have quite a few now! 
Saving them all to my own bucket was pretty time-consuming.

The hysterically laughing one doesn't show up as well here; its arm is black like the background. 
Oh well! Still works. *edit* and I found a new one that isn't black! Does have a weird white halo, though...

Fear not! The rum had not been used in any way prior to its application to the bananas.
"Flambe" is indeed the reference to the food-flaming operation, though properly it would have an accent on the "e."
Bananas for this one were sliced lengthwise after being cut in half. You can do a melted butter and brown sugar drizzle prior to the flaming, but that depends on the calorie-count you hope to achieve. Whipped cream, un-flamed, on the side or dolloped over the top, post-flame.
