Firefly got my vote for TV and Serenity for film - my other nine votes in each category then went on my other personal favs (Stargate, Star Wars, Star Trek etc).
Seems Firefly and Serenity is winning so far!

People should vote for Space Cases, too. It's not likely to overtake Firefly, and Jewel was on it

Ha! The Visitor! I remember that show. Was a pretty good show, actually. Ran on Fox. They cancelled it.

Okay, I just voted. It is weird that when you first get to the site, it says "Firefly" is #7 (I think), but when you view the results, it's #1.
Anyway, I did what I could.

I just voted and Firefly is kicking everyone's ass. When I think Fox gave "Briscoe" a full season it makes me want to puke that they wouldn't even give Firefly a half year. If someone would give Firefly another chance, and I mean a real chance, "No power in the 'verse" could stop it.Here's hoping the CW want to live a little. I know Zoe is on a new Fox series but they can always kill her off and stick her back on Serenity. I know you all agree.

The thing is - after the amazing DVD sales they've had, how can Fox not realise their mistake? I know Joss has said he'd never work with the Fox Network again - but surely they've figured out what a winner they let go? And given this, I just can't believe other networks aren't beating a path to Joss' door. (OK, I know there would be huge costs in getting it started up again, but given the success a mere half a season has achieved - surely a full season would more than pay for itself).
Sorry, just felt the need for a frustrated grumble! lol

Btw, did you know that the show was written by the same guy who wrote Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade?
About Fox realizing they screwed up - Joss won't work with them again, so what do you expect them to do? Put out a press release about how they just realized they suck? Unlikely... and unneccessary.
Anyways, brave people of the coat of a sort of brownish color, keep voting, since we're not the only fandom out there, and on some Sci-Fi board somewhere, someone is going "Hey, we can't let that lame Firefly show kick OUR superior show's ass, let's go!" right now.
Besides, we wanna make a POINT, so let's not mess around, and show them our mighty roar!
