No offence was intended, River, but there were some things that reminded me of some of the more recent posts of yours. Personally I think the guy/gal is funny, so I wouldn't take it as an insult if somebody accused him/her of being an alter-ego of yours.
But if it's not you, I sincerely and unreservedly apologise.
Other people can occasionally be useful, especially as minions. I want lots of minions.
