I was under the impression that "retarded" and derivatives of it was no longer an acceptable part of modern vocabulary. Now that it's been established as acceptable, let's talk retarded.
You use this term as a noun. What makes us retards? I haven't seen any evidence of a slowing down or hindering of progress, a slackening of musical tempo, mental retardation, or those that a foolishly or socially inept.
