Well, Jewel, laptops are amazing friends and if you learn to treat them kindly and with lots of TLC they will give you lots and lots of shiny fun in return! Computers are what I do for a living and a hobby, got four of the beasties in this room alone, one in the family room, and one for the missus. There ain't no better way to keep tabs on what the Alliance is up to.

I'm an old man in the computer world - learned on mainframes that are probably the size of Serenity's cargo hold - and what I don't know about using modern computers (I started with Windows 1.0!) probably ain't much worth learnin. Think of Doc in the operating room and you got the picture.

So, if you need a tutor and can find a little time, you just call on ol' Browncoat Bill. I stay mighty busy, just like you, but for a rebel I can always find the time.

Hey Jewel. I don't know if you’ll ever have a chance to read this but I thought I’d post this little message in case you might come across it some day. I just wanted to say that never before have I found a character in a movie or a television series with such depth and feeling than Kaylee. Within just a few minutes of watching her, I wanted to give Kaylee a big hug. She’s such a wonderful character. I am beyond impressed with how you brought her to life. I believe there are few actors in the world who could have done what you did with her. Well done Jewel. Seriously. I don't know if we’ll get a chance to see more of Kaylee and the rest of the Serenity crew again in a movie or a series but I can see by a quick search on the internet that there are thousands (if not millions) of people out there that would LOVE to see you al together again. Thank you Jewel. Hope to see you soon.
