Some of my favorites:
Leeloo Minai Lekarariba-Laminai-Tchai Ekbat De Seba from The Fifth Element. Say that fast five times in a row!
Duke Leto Atredies from Dune. While we are at it, Mua'Dib is pretty cool too. 
Has a good sound to it when you imagine thousands of Fremen chanting it like an M-V-P chant at an NBA game.
Agent Smith. Ah, so faceless, so impersonal. It was a great choice of name for the character.

How could anyone not put in the ultimate badass name:
Darth Vader: Or was that too obvious to use? I mean when he WAS badass his name sent shivers down peoples spines. And it's just so cool and unique, anyone can be named Agent Smith but how many can be called Vader?
It's an animation but... Elastigirl, good solid superhero name.
And speaking of Superhero's, Clarks original Krypton name Kal-el. Always loved that name.
Leiah, I wanted to be called Leiah when I was younger. It's lovely to hear and say. Not so much Organa (sounds like an opening title for a porn movie)
And that leads me to Alotta Fagina... always funny to see if TBS would put that in considering....
Octopussy, and she was actually called that in the movie. (James Bond written by prepubescent men)
