This guys *is* the genuine article. He doesn't have an ego, he isn't disillusioned, he is honest and sincere, he went in and did his best despite the lack of training. He knows his own limitation, and he wasn't even crazy to think that he was wronged. He was humble and took his criticisms with courage and conviction. And He said "thank you" instead of turning stark raving mad.

He is the real article.
