Firefly, definitely. Serenity is only 120 minutes of thrilling heroics. Firefly gives me a lot more.

My first inclination would be to keep both, but if I absolutely had to choose, it would be Firefly. While I love Serenity dearly, I still have severe post-traumatic stress from seeing Wash die.
*twitches slightly*
Yep, definitely the show.

"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you."

Heh... Nice citizen! We all need a little Father Ted every now and again!
In response to the question...
Um, I'd say "keep Firefly".
I loved it before I ever saw Serenity and you know, all that 'first love, true love' stuff.
Although realistically I'd be reaching for a knife and joining the ass-kicking!

I think I'd tell him my religion forbids me to make any sort of deal with him, so I'm under no obigation to accept any restrictions he could attempt to enforce.
If that didn't work, I'd go with Citizen: I'd rip his nipples off.

ide pull a wedgie manouver on teh satan and kick him back down the hole he came from.
no one makes me make that kind of a decision...
...however if satan had me by the nuts ide say bye bye to serenity coz 600 mins of firefly is better than 120mins of serenity and leaves a second series open with all characters in place :)

Is the devil wearing Alliance issued body armor? No? Then I quickdraw my pistol and riddle him full of holes.
No way I am givin' up anything Firefly or Serenity related.

I agree with most of the others on this one. Kick Satan's ass and tell him it's both or he gets another ass kickin'!
I changed my mind, I'd want Firefly with Wash and Book still on the crew.

Indeed Chrisisall :D
I fully understand the majority swing for Firefly as opposed to SERENITY should ol' beelzebub make an appearance :D
However the cinematic experience of SERENITY was something I hadn't experienced since I was a kid, full of innocence and wonder as I watched Raiders of the Lost Ark flick before my eyes for the first time! That magic and that sense of spectacle that I had, all those years ago, all came back to me as I prepared to watch SERENITY. I was so excited, and my buddy and I were itching to see our Heros on the big screen.
Basically I'd been waiting 25 years or so for that thrill once again and that's why I would go for SERENITY. It has rejuvinated my interest in cinema just as Buffy did with TV.
So I'll hold it dear and look forward to showing it to my kids, when/if I have any. It'll be a double bill Raiders then SERENITY. Can you imagine!
:D
