I was totally wondering if I should actually do this, but I saw a similar thread in the archives ( http://www.fireflyfans.net/thread.asp?b=2&t=17787#254202) so I thought "What the hell? At the least it'll be a lot of fun."
So, from a brief discussion on one of the imponderable threads (part deux, I think), I start this thread. Go ahead and post your personal ad; what have you got to lose? 
I'll try to be kinda in the style of the last thread, but might be more descriptive as I don't know all those damn abreviations... *clears throat*
21 yr old female from Northern Colorado who combines traits of Zoe, River and Kaylee. (Usually sunny, kinda crazy, but with a take-no-go se attitude) Lookin' for a sweet Wash-like browncoat who will call me bao bei. Must have an open mind and like to cuddle. Semi-muscular a plus.
Will also consider applications from women-folk.
See if I get any response to that, then maybe get more specific.

Yeah, I have problems with longdistance relationships in sweden, and the one I had here once was still just 2 hours by car or train. Can imagine it can be alot worse in the US.

Oh, there are plenty o' singles in the demographics thread. I don't know, actually... *tries not to feel silly*
Yes, anyway, US long distance means, like, hundreds of miles apart. We would call 2 hours a "commute" more than the other thing. In fact, my last relationship was about that far away. I will say readily that even that sucked. Another state is usually 4-8 hours away, minimum. And across the whole gorram country? Days. Hard to make that kinda thing work.

Oooo, walking distance! I wonder what that would be like? Everything's so spread out here that walking distance isn't likely in almost any situation. Esspecially because I live in suburbia hell, far from where most interesting folk would be. And interestin' folk are rare here, anyway, I'll tell ya. I would settle for a 10-20 minute drive. Something that wasn't a "commute".

Live in a area full of interesting people. Just none of them are relationship material. The city I live in has a unbalanced girl-boy quota so there are way to few girls. And preferebly It would be nice to have a browncoat gall, but since almost all browncoats in this town are the ones ive converted (and therefore part of the not relationship material pool of people) that isnt likely to happen anytime soon.

Can I help it if you stole all the best lines for your personal ad? Anything I said would just sound like copying! Pity we don't live closer, sounds like we have a lot in common and would probably get on real well!
Let's just say that I'm 27, live in the UK in the Midlands and the rest, see above!
If I had to make up my perfect partner I'd look for Mal's butt, Jayne's upper arms, Book's kindness, Simon's intelligence and Wash's sense of humour. I'd add in Inara's hands, Kaylee's face, River's eyes and Zoe's body but that might just confuse matters!
Seriously, meeting someone funny and kind who wouldn't look at me oddly when I get over-excited about stuff (like Firefly) would be really great!
