Any UK Browncoats going to Serenity3

Hey Emma!

I am so looking forward to it. It'll be my first con, so very exciting. I too am a peniless student and would be well up for the idea of sharing a room.

How about we meet up though? There's a firefly shindig gathering going on in London on June 10th. See the link:

I'm sure you'd meet loads of people going to S3 and I'll be there if you wanna chat about room sharing. Always nice to do these things face to face - thus limiting axe murdering potential (one hopes).

Someone mentioned about it being their first and last convention. Yeah, that's what I thought about the original Serenity too.

I'm seriously considering going if I can sort out some accommodation. Room sharing would be great. Please let me know ASAP so I can get ticket.

I'll chip in for petrol if you decide to drive.

This would be my first convention and it sounds like a lot of fun. I really want to meet all you shiny browncoats!

I'd Love to. Just a couple of problems:

1)Probably can't afford it, I'm only 15!
2)I Live in the Forest Of Dean, Which is near Gloucester, Which I doubt you go past.

But, I'll still take it seriously, It would be great.

i went to serenity2 last year. it was my first ever con and i thought it was way expensive but TRUST ME - its so completely worth it.

Other cons can charge £20 for a guest autograph and thats on top of entry fees. so to say you get a free autograph from each guest and entry and guest talks and parties all for £75 it's really worth the money.

also i didnt know a soul at the last con and now i know heaps of uk browncoats cuz we're all so damned friendly.

Tayeatra,

I've now decided I'm going, however I am waiting on a mate to see if he's going, I'll speak to him tonight and find out for sure. If he don't go I'd be happy to share a room (I believe Emma is now sharing with Leaina).
Though as I live in the South West we won't be able to car share.

I'll get back to you tomorrow if you are still looking for someone to share with.

Diska, you're making me even more excited, stop it, I gotta wait til September, this is like the wait to watch Serenity, impossibly long.
