Yeah, I tried the whole short hair thing (relatively short anyway) but I didn't like it. My mom insists it looked great but I hated that I could never pull it back! I always had to style it. But it's growing now and I'm happy:)

My hair hangs down past my waist. I think it's very feminine. I love it, even with its many faults, and couldn't imagine cutting it.

Wow! The upkeep must be crazy! Mine is just past my shoulders and I can barely control it. I bet it's very pretty though, and fun to play with:)

No, the upkeep isn't bad at all. I bet I spend a lot less time on my hair than you do. For starters, I never blow dry it, or straighten it or using a curling iron or anything.
My hair is very wash & go.
And I love having my hair played with or brushed. It's lovely.
