On Monday FOX posted shows on iTunes. These shows include new hits like "24" and "Prison Break." If you, however, click on FOX TV Classics, there you'll find the whole gang. Firefly episodes, all of them. It's kind of a big deal.

They're not quite in the right order though. Objects in Space is listed before Trash, the Message, Heart of Gold--I guess since they were unaired. But it would definitely be confusing for any newbies who are introduced to Firefly thru iTunes.

I'm so excited about this, I had already burnt them to my iPod but the formatting is better when its officially done.

Except that the Serenity pilot is actually first instead of the last of the aired ones.

For the iPod & iTunes ignorant folks (like me *ahem*), is it easy to put this on your iPod? Is there any other portable thingy you can use to put these on? (I *really* don't want to buy an iPod, but would be more willing to buy something similar.)

Hmm, what do you know, they did come up with something that could get me to actually buy an ipod! I was sure it would never happen. :p

iPods are one of the best electronic gadgets out there... period

If you're thinking about buying an MP3 player, don't.

iPods use a "AAC" format as opposed to MP3 format... I swear on everything that is Holy... the AAC format sounds far better than MP3.

That's just music though... you simply cannot beat the iPod with video... you get all kinds of free access to video podcasts... you get the ability to watch your favorite TV shows, trailers and apparently you can (illegally) rip your DVDs and load them to your iPod...

Yes, iPods are expensive but you will eventually find yourself leaving the house and always grabbing your keys, wallet and iPod...

FOX... FOCKS... F*CKS... FUX... oh, now I see where the name FOX came from...

I second this. I have the photo ipod and it absolutely rocks my world. In addition to keeping me entertained and giving me something to listen to while I do mundane things at work, I've also used it for school: lecture podcasts, vietnamese listening activities, studying plant ID pictures . . .

So so useful. AND there's this little gadget that you can hook between a digital camera and the photo (probably video as well) ipod and transfer photos when the memory card fills up. Genius!
