As a relative newbie, I thought these threads were for fun. I will admit that I did not fully read all the threads prior to my jumping in, but I did scan them...they did not seem serious. I enjoy popping in and goofing off. There are quite a number of "heavy" threads elsewhere, and I found this one accomodating for those of a less-serious bend...
I would love to jump into the Sereni-Tree and other storyline-based threads, but they seem to be well-developed and "closed". This thread, and the "Nook" threads fit the virtual world quite nicely.
Sorry, just my opinion.

That's what I meant to say... I started the whole thread as a joke after someone who shall remain nameless *points finger* and I discussed the whole portal to the place where all the nice guys are/were hiding. So technically, its all your fault! And then somehow the whole thing got convolted into this serious discussion about the evils of dating and what not at which point I chose to run far, far away. Then somehow we jumped back to silly and fun hidey thread and all was well with the 'verse. THE END. (but not really the end. Cause I like it here. I don't want it to end. EVER! We shall all be 90 years old and still hanging out on the 3000th floor of the hidey tower.)

Hey! It wasn't just me! If you will kindly remember there were several other people involved in the discussion of the portal. Lissa and Alawai? I think. Someone in Sweden, because, remember, we decided that's where all the nice guys hide?
So, it wasn't entirely my fault, though I do confess to playing a large role. What can I say? I get bored easily.
