Yeehah!
For those who might not know the difference, the Nebula awards are given out by the Science Fiction Writers of America (SFWA). In other words, this is Joss being judged best by his peers, the wordsmiths.
The Nebula is one of the two most prestigious awards in the science fiction community; the other is the Hugo award given out by vote of the membership of the World Science Fiction Convention (Worldcon). Serenity has been nominated for the best dramatic presentation (long form); the other nominees are:
Batman Begins
The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
Wallace & Gromit in the Curse of the Were-Rabbit.
Stiff competition, and it'd be no shame to lose to the least of them.

Good to see him win it.
Those movies for that Hugo award, they seem pretty highbudget (dont know about Wallace&Grommit though), Kinda fun to see Serenity compete with movies that had bigger salladbarbudgets then the total moviebudget for Serenity. Hope they win that one to.
