Can I have a mango margarita? I had one once and it was tasty.

With sugar around the glass instead of salt.

*comes Irish jigging in for Persephone736 carrying even more limes and munchies*

Happy Cinco de Mayo! I wish I were in San Antonio tonight...

I would love a margarita, if there are any left.

Holding until you get back, Captain.

I confess to not liking salt. Whenever I get a margarita, I either have to remember to ask for it without the salt, or I have to wipe it off.

I'm probably the only person in the universe that likes salt-free pretzels (which my grocery store has stopped carrying-grrrr.)

But sugar is my friend. Mmmmmmmm....

For dinner SR is cooking Peurco Pibil. It's that slow roasted pork that Johnny Depps character, Agent Sands, craves in Once Upon a Time... If you really like it you can have me killed, or at least try.

Anyone up for some narco corridos?

Well, you can make your Puerco Pebil whatever.

I shall make chili rellenos, enchiladas, arroz amarillo con frijoles, empanadas, fresh tortillas (yes, from scratch), sopapillas, pastilles, flan, guacamole and my really yummy chili cream cheese dip (which really isn't mexican food, but is just darn tasty). And if I can think of someting to do with mole sauce, I'll make that, too, because I've been wanting to try mole. You know it has chocolate in it?

Oh, and let's watch Like Water for Chocolate. That movie makes me cry!
