Well, yeah, I mean, Spock beats up a punk-rocker and curses? Hell yeah!
And yeah, my personal favorites are probably 12 Monkeys for the film category and a toss-up between Quantum Leap and Seven Days for the show option.

The Adventures of Brisco County Jr, of course. I grew up watching Quantum Leap so I have to have that on my list. Army of Darkeness (Bruce!!!)! Star Trek and Stargate have had a couple of fun time travel episodes as well. So far Dr Who is great (but I've only seen the few that have been on the sci-fi channel and the Paul McGann Dr Who). Of the top of my head that's what comes to mind. I'm sure there are more but finals have my brain all burnt out. 
And Bruce Campbell is most certainly the B-Movie King!

NOTE: In looking at the reviews on Amazon, I see most people either liked it or absolutely hated it. I don't really see many "it was OK" kind of reviews...

TV: Doctor Who/Adventures of Brisco County, Jr. (Although Dark Shadows is good for several chuckles)
Movie: Back To the Future I, II, III and...Biggles: Adventures in Time is a good romp as well.
Yeah, I'm leaning to the 'B' side of life right now.
