Heh, my exams finished two weeks ago. Ah, life is sweet without finals... no work, all play... man, you guys don't know what you're missing!

Okay, actually I've got a job for part of the summer, and it started a couple of days after the last exam. But still, it's better than cramming for finals!

Other people can occasionally be useful, especially as minions. I want lots of minions.

What happened? Who ate up whose food? Or each other? I am on the edge of my seat. Guess I'm sick -- just love this stuff.

And "Natrix Natrix and The Herpetofauna" sounds like a great name for an obscure rock group.

Best of luck!

Thanks for showing such interest! (It's more than I get get myself to do at the moment!) So far from 127 snakes released only 12 have been spotted. Whether that means they've all died or run off (as it were!) or are hiding in bushes sticking their tongues out at me I can't say! The slow worms and common lizards are nice though. For anyone in the UK I recommend a visit to the London Wetland Centre in Barnes, lovely place!

The rock band sounds a great idea! Now if I could just find enough Herpetologist geeks who can play...

Ewwww. Why are you taking the SATs, SAT 2s, AND the ACTs!

Pick one test and stick with it! 'Tis a waste of money otherwise.

I went with the ACTs, but then again I'm the girl that got bored halfway through a bunch of my college apps and so I just stopped and went to the best out of the 3 I got around to applying for.

HAVE FUN!

i have to take at least the SATs and the SAT2s, cause now a days, many colleges require at least 2 SAT 2s in order for you to get in, and i'm taking the ACTs because i really think i'll do better in them than in the SATs, and it never hurts to just be sure, so i'm taking both the SATs and the ACTs. i wish i weren't taking all of them, but *shrugs* my mom signed me up for them, and then explained to me all of *motions above* that. i dunno. but soon it will be done with, in like a month or two...

Finals are closing in on me as well. I am in the midst of working on my final speech for my public speeking class, taking one more quiz for my nutrition class then cram for finals. Unfortunately for me I cannot lock myself in a quiet room. Being a mother of 2 boys, there are no rooms where they can't find me. Guess I will have to cram on the train to work and any other time I can squeeze it in.
Graduation is right around the corner. All I have to do is not go all crazy.

I love my captain

Would that be at the high school or university level? And yes, given the script of some classmates, I truly do pity you!

University, and I'm staring at two stacks of final projects that have to be graded in four days.

Personally I'm of the mind that the entire US government's budget for next year should be spent teaching people that spell check doesn't catch everything.

Haha, true - but it gives kids like me who actually still do a first draft with actual edit easy As

I doff my hat to you, I'm going to be going for my PhD as soon as I finish my service obligation in four years.

Best of luck. It's a tough road, but not impossible.

I would like you to remember that you who do this thing called a "first draft" are rare as unicorns.
