Go to the chapter selections menu on the first disk. On the page for scenes 15-17, go down to the very bottom of the screen - there is text that says "new scene". Click for the new scene and much fun ensues...

hi, i tried to look for the fellowship easter egg last night but still couldn't find it ... is it in the two-disc version? or the extended one? help is much appreciated ...

We have the extended version, so I'm not sure if it's on the 2-disc or not. Also, I realized when I got home that I gave the wrong page in the menus for it to be found. Corrections spoilerized below:

On the first disc, in the "Scene Selections" menu, go to the last page of scenes. You should see "Council of Elrond" as the last scene on the disc. Press down one time and a ring will show up next to "New Scene". There's your egg...
