Well, our ship is the MAO HUOCHE, which is chinese of course, but the translation is pussy wagon.......so maybe if your name isn't so great just chinese it up a bit!

Well the ship in my story is called the "LUDE TOO" and it is from an "old" Traveler sci-fi game, I once ran.
I agree a ships name is personnel in nature but it sometimes reflexs the type of work the ship does.
