Now I think we're going to have to take this slow here.
Let's use an analogy, say if I said you were acting stupid. That is a critic on your behaviour, not an insult directed at you. The insult would be to say "you are stupid". You see, one is an insult the other is a critic on behaviour. To say "You are spouting drivel" is a critic of your point. If I were to say you are “full of drivel” that may be construed as a personal insult.
In closing if you honestly think that someone strongly disagreeing with what you say is an insult then you need to grow a thicker skin.
Now lastly I believe I apologised for any insult you took for that, despite the fact that no insult was intended or really should have been taken. You’re continuing to bring it back up after my apology is deeply insulting, and extremely childish and immature.

Geezer, let me give you some friendly advice. The reason why you attract criticism is not because of your opinions -as you like to claim -but because of your tactics. In ONE POST alone you used more than a dozen well-known rhetorical tricks- from calling STDOUBT a fascist to putting anti-Bush words in someone else's mouth (someone who had said NOT A WORD about Bush!) You treat every disagreement like a bar-fight: Out come the chains, knives, and beer-bottles!
Now, we KNOW you're too smart to be doing this by accident! You don't make wild claims. You simply stick knives in other people that you disagree with, then you whine about how "Orwellian" people are because they call you on it. My advice? Just discuss the dicussion instead of trying to stick knives in others (metaphorically).
