just tell them there is gore near the end - that'll get them to stay till at least you know who gets a you know what through the you know where, and by that time - arse will be getting kicked....they will stick around.
Or if it was a significant other you were trying to recruit....you could withhold sex.

they are reality fans? just get them to see all the drama on the boards the past few days.... sorry. couldnt help myself...I am kinda down a bit...depressed really... going to go to the chocolate fountain in the part-ay thread...and I know SOMEONE has been bathing in the chocolate... there were bits of hair in the chocolate!!!

Yeah they seem almost as obsessed with some of the shows thats being aired atm for example: Australias Biggest Loser and Big Brother (6 i think it is)
I presonally think its a little sad (no offense to people who like those shows) but why spend time watching that sort of thing when you can go out side and practically see it yourself.

To all who are wondering WTF is going on, so am I, and I was gone only *one* day. There's no time to read through the threads (I tried) and it's kinda lacerating when one tries.
It'll work out, no worry. Just keep supporting and spreading as possible.
No way you can't be a reality fan and love SereniFly, too. I watch one of those and am part of a board and all, but it goes way back to 2000, well pre-'Fly. Those people tore themselves and each other and the board in shreds at one point, but it was mended.
Go to the end of the BDM. River says the storms's getting worse, and Mal says, "We'll pass through it soon enough." Always, *always* brings a tear or two.

I think I also missed only one day. Probably not even a whole day. When I went to bed one night the 'verse was a happy place, and the next evening I saw the Change the Day thread with +100 posts and found the I Need a Hug and Danceparty threads. Wha...? Sounds like the arguement started on another board and oozed over here, but I don't really care to read past the third or fourth post. I don't know what's going on, but I want to go to a charity screening (Serenity Now?) and then buy a DVD on whatever date is eventually decided (Serenity Day?). It's a good think I didn't start printing fliers or something!
